And Ors Counsel for Petitioner :- Niyaj Ahmad Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J. Hon'ble Narendra Kumar Johari,J. None appears for the petitioners. Learned A.G.A has produced written instructions sent by the Sub Inspector of Police, Police Station-Ahirauli, District-Ambedkarnagar, wherein it has been stated that the petitioners No. 4 and 5 were not found involved and their names were deleted during the course of investigation and charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner No.3 on 08.04.2022 in Court and charge sheet against other petitioners has been filed on

25.07.2022. Since the charge sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the charge sheet before the trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage. This writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent Court for raising their challenge to the charge sheet. (Narendra Kumar Johari,J.) (Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J.)
