¶1Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has shown the order passed by the Tehsildar concerned in terms of the order of this court and has informed that the order of writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit, the same is taken on record.

¶2In the wake of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.

¶3Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
