Learned AGA for State-respondents has produced instructions dated 13.12.2023 sent by Sub-Inspector Shri Amarnath, police station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda and the same is taken on record. In the said instructions it has been stated that petitioner is accused in Case Crime No.362 of 2022 registered under Section 363 IPC, He was arrested on 24.12.2022 but he was bailed out on 10.07.2023 by order of this Court on his bail application. It has been further stated that at present petitioner is not being harassed by police personnel in any manner as alleged in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
