¶1Heard Sri Rama Niwas Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neerav Chitravanshi, Advocate who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the sole opposite party. His Vakalatnama is taken on record.

¶2Sri Neerav Chitravanshi has produced the copy of order dated 13.10.2023 passed by Chief Engineer (Hydil), passing the order in compliance of the order of Writ Court, the copy thereof is taken on record and the same has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice, if any, stands discharged.
