¶1Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that in connivance of respondent police authorites, private persons named in paragraph 6 of the writ petition have raised a wall.

¶2On instructions, learned Standing Counsel states that police is only maintaining law and order on the spot and are not involved in raising any wall.

¶3Since the dispute is between the private parties, therefore, petitioner has a remedy of filing a suit before appropriate authority.

¶4With the aforesaid liberty, petition is consigned to record.
