This application u/s 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to expedite the proceedings of Criminal Misc. Case No. 143/2022: Manisha Yadav another Vs. Neeraj Yadav and others, under Section 12, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Kotwali Kund, District Pratapgarh, pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh. Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. In the facts and circumstances of the case the court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously, say within a period of four months from today without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
