¶1Heard Sri Pratul Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The petitioner has sought execution of the order dated

18.7.2023 passed in Writ-C No. 5907 of 2023 (Sunil Kumar Agarwal vs. State of U.P. & others) whereby the direction has been issued to U.P.R.E.R.A. to take appropriate steps in accordance with rules within 30 days.

¶3Sri Arun Kumar Pandey holding brief of Sri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, has submitted that though this is a fresh case and notice has not been issued but he has specific instruction that the order of the writ court has been complied with inasmuch as the recovery certificate dated 2.12.2023 has been issued to the District Magistrate, Lucknow to realize the amount in question from the defaulter company, the copy of the recovery certificate dated 2.12.2023 is taken on record and the same is also provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.

¶5Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.

¶6Notices discharged.
