¶3Learned counsel for the opposite party has stated that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶4Sri Raj Mani Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

¶5In view of the above, this contempt petition is dismissed.
