¶1Heard learned counsel for applicant as well as learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2Shri Paritosh Shukla, learned counsel for applicant submits that he does not want to press the bail application No.7218 of 2023 and prays for withdrawal of the same.

¶3Learned A.G.A for the State has no objection.

¶4Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed.
