After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners states that a Reference No. 529 of 2023 is already made before the respondent no.4/Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Lucknow. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that grievance of petitioners would be sufficiently met, in case aforesaid reference is considered and decided in a time bound manner. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection the aforesaid prayer made. In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.4/Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Lucknow to consider and decide the reference of petitioners, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order within a statutory period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him.
