¶3None appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this contempt petition nor any request for adjournment of the case has been sought. However, Sri Ram Swaroop, learned Standing Counsel is present.

¶4Sri Ram Swaroop has stated that the order of Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. The affidavit of compliance is already on record.

¶5Learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed any objection to such affidavit of compliance.

¶6Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
