¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Udai Veer Singh, learned counsel for opposite party.

¶2Sri Udai Veer Singh has stated that the order of Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact.

¶4Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice, if any, stands discharged.
