Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1 to 4. No notice need be issued to the respondent no. 5 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed. The contention is that against the decision of the committee dated 06.10.2022, a copy of which is annexure 7 to the petition whereby one Sri S.K.Chaturvedi has been promoted as Lecturer in Sociology, the petitioner has submitted his objections which have been entertained as emerges from a perusal of the order dated 23.12.2022, a copy of which is annexure 8 to the writ petition and despite the petitioner having appeared in pursuance to the order dated 23.12.2022, no final order has still been passed till date. He prays that the competent authority be required to pass a final order in view of the objections as submitted by the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid and as the respondents vide order dated 23.12.2022 had themselves entertained the objections submitted by the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e Director of Education (Secondary), U.P.
