¶1In terms of the order passed by this Court on 12.12.2023, the Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that no such directions have been issued compelling the petitioner to deposit the arms license and no notice has been issued so far.

¶2In view of the said instructions, no further directions are required to be passed. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court as and when the steps are taken compelling the petitioner to deposit the arms license.
