With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. The petitioner claims to have retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.12.2021 is claiming payment of his retiral dues and twenty six months salary. Sri Rajeeva Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 4 states that on account of financial difficulty, the dues could not be paid within time. However, he states that all the admitted dues of the petitioner shall positively be paid within a period of three months. The aforesaid statement of Sri Rajeeva Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 4 is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of. While considering the payment of retiral dues to the petitioner, the respondents shall also consider grant of interest for delayed payment.
