¶1Petitioner has approached this Court against the demand notice issued against the petitioner by the respondents.

¶2Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3 states that there is an O.T.S. Scheme under which, in case the petitioner deposits the amount of Rs.84,255/-till

31.12.2023, the remaining interest of Rs.11,51,914/- would be waived.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take benefit of the OTS Scheme in accordance with law.
