This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or directions in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties no.4 to 6 not to harass the petitioners on account of the marriage performed by them and they may be allowed to lead the married life without any hindrance or disturbance of any kind and the opp. party no.1 to 3 may be directed not to interfere in the life of the petitioners at the behest of the opposite party no.4 to 6." Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court a copy of the F.I.R. lodged against the petitioner no.2 in Case Crime No.0553 of 2023 under Sections 363 and 366 of the I.P.C., P.S. Gosainganj, District Lucknow. The copy of the F.I.R. is taken on record. Since the F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner no.2, this writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition.
