¶1Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he was given a lease deed dated 28.02.2020 but the possession of the same was never given to the petitioner as the private respondent has occupied the same.

¶2On instructions, learned Standing Counsel states that there is a complain against the lease deed of the petitioner and the same is being acquired under Section 66 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 by the A.D.M. (Judicial) under the case bearing no.D202004710000556. In case the said case is rejected against the petitioner, petitioner would be entitled for the possession for which the proceeding is to be conducted under Section 65(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3In the given circumstances, petitioner is permitted to move an application under Section 65(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the A.D.M. (Judicial) concerned.

¶4Petition is disposed of with direction to A.D.M. (Judicial) concerned to decide the application of the petitioner, expeditiously under Section 65(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 after hearing all the parties concerned along with the aforesaid proceedings being conducted under Section 65(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. .
