Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Mohan Singh, Advocate appearing for the Gaon Sabha. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners states that the second appeal of the petitioners with regard to title of the land in dispute is already pending before the Board of Revenue and both the Gaon Sabha as well as the State of U.P. through the Collector are parties in the second appeal. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to approach the Board of Revenue. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is consigned to record.
