At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 3 has pointed out that against the order impugned, an alternative efÏcacious remedy of an appeal is provided and therefore, the instant petition is not maintainable on this ground alone. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not rebut the aforesaid facts. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is hereby dismissed with liberty to petitioner to agitate appropriate remedy. OfÏce is directed to return the certified copies of the orders, if any, to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after procuring the photocopies of the same on record.
