¶1A short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of State and the same is taken on record.

¶2None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition. Learned A.G.A. for State-respondents is present.

¶3Learned AGA on the basis of counter affidavit states that Final Report No.47 of 2023 has been submitted in the Court concerned on 26.10.2023, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
