¶1Present petition has been filed challenging the orders dated

13.05.2014 whereby the injunction was refused to the petitioner as well as the order dated 22.10.2014 whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed.

¶2When the petition was entertained, an interim order was passed directing the parties to maintain status quo in respect to properties. The said order was passed on 23.12.2014.

¶3As the case arising out of which the orders have been passed is of the year 2013, the present petition is disposed off with direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No.361 of 2013 with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from today.

¶4Till the decision of the said suit, interim protection granted by this Court shall continue.
