¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 and 3, Sri Saharsh holding brief of Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2, and Dr. Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.4.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at some length, prays that the instant petition may be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to approach before this Court again in case any cause of action arises subsequently.
