The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a mandamus to opposite parties stating that property situated at Gata No.1037, village Rajapur, Tehsil Lakhimpur, Pargana Kheri, District Kheri also belongs to the minor sister of petitioner no.1 and thus permission to sell the same property is sought. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection. In view of thereof, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file an application before respondent no.1 i.e. District Magistrate/Registrar, District Kheri, for the aforesaid purpose, in accordance with law. In case such an application is filed, respondent no.1 shall proceed and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
