Dr. Krishna Singh, learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that this petition has been filed by Rahim adding @ Abdul Rahim before this Court, whereas in the proceedings before the lower court/authorities, name of Rahim has been mentioned,therefore @ Abdul Rahim cannot be added at this stage, that too without any proof. He also pointed out that I.D. filed by the petitioner in the name of Abdul Rahim also does not discloses the father's name and though it was issued on 13.09.2013 but it has been printed on 19.12.2020. In view of the aforesaid objection, Sri Shiv Poojan Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh with the correct name and correct I.D. To which there is no objection by the other side. Dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid. The order has been passed in presence of Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, the office is directed to return the certified copies annexed with the petition to learned counsel for the petitioner in accordance with law after keeping photocopy(ies) on record.
