There is a consensus at the Bar that the matter is squarely covered by the order of this Court passed on 17.11.2023 in Writ C No.10121 of 2023 in Re: Pandit Ambika Prasad Kamla Devi College of Pharmacy, Ayodhya Thru. Manager Krishna Prakash Tiwari Vs. State of U.P. and Others and it is prayed that the benefit of the said order may also be extended to the petitioner. Keeping in view the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is disposed of. It is provided that the petitioners shall also be entitled for the benefit of the order passed by this Court in the case of Pandit Ambika Prasad Kamla Devi College of Pharmacy, Ayodhya (supra).
