15.12.2023 is pending and fixed for hearing today. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of petitioner would be substantially met if the case the recall application is considered and decided expeditiously. In view thereof, Additional Commissioner, Lucknow concerned shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing all parties concerned today only or thereafter within a period of two weeks. It shall be open for the petitioner, in case he so desires, to file stay application also along with a recall application in case it is required. Additional Commissioner, Lucknow concerned shall also proceed with the case on day today basis and shall not adjourn the same on unnecessary ground including on the ground of strike of lawyers.
