At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that admittedly there is an amount of Rupees Nine Lakhs and Odds due against the petitioner. He further states that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount of Rs.500,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) within a period of one month and the remaining amount shall be paid in four equal quarterly installments. The statement is taken on record. In the given circumstances, with the consent of the parties, following order is being passed:- Petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.500,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) within a period of one month with the respondent no.5/Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Branch Maskanwa, Gonda. The remaining amount shall be paid by the petitioner in four equal quarterly installments within one year. In case of any further interest due against the petitioner, the same shall be paid in the last installment. In case of failure to pay any of the installments, it shall be open for the respondent Bank to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with the Rules.
