¶1This is an application for clarification/modification of the order dated 04.07.2023 passed by this Court.

¶2The order of status quo passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer concerned shall be implemented with respect to the subject matter of suit only.

¶3With this clarification/modification, the application is disposed of. (order on writ petition)

¶4At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents has prayed that the suit proceedings itself may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

¶5Looking to the fact that both the parties are represented before the court below, it is directed that the proceedings itself may be brought to its logical conclusion expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year.
