In the given circumstances, respondent no.2 i.e. Secretary, U.P. RERA, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 16.08.2023 by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, within a period of three weeks.
