¶1Sri Ashish Kumar Shukla, the learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Aant Pratap Singh, the learned AGA and perused the records.

¶2This is an application seeking cancellation of order dated

16.09.2021 granting anticipatory bail to the opposite party no.

¶3When the case was listed as fresh on 23.11.2022 the learned counsel for the applicant had sought an adjournment for allowing him to prepare the case. The cancellation of order dated 16.09.2021 has been sought on the ground that the opposite party no. 2 is continuously harassing and demoralizing the applicant and the victim by way of forwarding WhatsApp messages. Copies of some WhatsApp conversations has been annexed as Annexure Nos. 6 & 7 to the affidavit, a perusal whereof prima facie indicates that the opposite party no. 2 is expressing his love towards the informant's daughter and no threat has been extended by him.

¶4The allegations levelled in the FIR are not supported by the documents annexed therewith.
