¶2Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has produced before the Court a photocopy of order dated

25.11.2023 by submitting that order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit as the pending proceedings have been concluded by the Prescribed Authority by passing an order dated 25.11.2023. The same is taken on record.

3.In the wake of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.
