Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time submits that while moving the application for release, certain relevant facts could not be pleaded by the applicant-petitioner and therefore, he prays that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh release application before the court below with complete facts.
