¶1Heard Sri Shashank Shekhar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri M.V.S. Chauhan, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.260 of 2021 under sections 376, 313 IPC, Police Station Madiyaon, District Lucknow.

¶3It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that this is second bail application as the first bail application bearing Criminal Misc. Case No.11143 of 2021 has been rejected by this Court on 06.10.2023.

¶4Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that after rejection of first bail application of the applicant, Investigating Officer has been examined and has submitted that the applicant is a young boy and his future will be ruined as such bail may be granted to the applicant.

¶5After hearing learned counsel for the parties I am of the opinion that after rejection of first bail application there is no change circumstances at the moment,therefore, the second bail application of the applicant-Prashant Shukla is rejected.
