Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite party nos. 1 to 3. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party no. 4 stands dispensed with. Although, petition has been filed challenging order dated 01/09.09.2022 issued by the Chief Medical Officer, learned counsel for petitioner has also drawn attention to letter dated

27.02.2023 whereby the Director General, Medical and Health Services has been requested by the Chief Medical Officer, Pratapgarh as to whether petitioners could be retained through outsourcing. It is submitted that no specific directions have been provided by the concerned authority till date and in the meantime the impugned order has been passed. In view of aforesaid letter having been written by the Chief Medical Officer, naturally petitioners' continuance or otherwise would be dependent on final decision taken by the opposite parties regarding their continuance through outsourcing. In view of aforesaid, nothing requires to be adjudicated upon in this petition, which is accordingly consigned to record without any adverse effect upon continuance or otherwise of the petitioners.
