Petitioner had supplied certain machineries to the respondents and the respondents claim that it was not satisfactory, hence they had only made part of the payment and disputed the remaining part. In the given circumstances, there is dispute between the private parties for payment of remaining amount, hence the present writ petition is not maintainable.
