¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Dr. Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶3Dr. Uday Veer Singh has filed copy of the order whereby decision has been taken in terms of the order of the writ court, the same is taken on record.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioners has also not disputed the aforesaid fact.

¶5Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
