Sri Ghanshyam Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently he has made a prayer for direction for expediting the disposal of Regular Suit No.545 of 2020, whereas he wants disposal of application for interim relief, for which there is no prayer. Even otherwise, this prayer can be made before the concerned court itself. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
