¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to release medical reimbursement due to petitioner amounting to Rs. 2,72,711/- alongwith interest.

¶3It has been submitted that despite the fact that opposite parties themselves have sanctioned the aforesaid reimbursement vide letter dated 09.11.2023, the same has not yet been paid.

¶4For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 07.08.2023. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

¶5Considering submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner and from perusal of material available on record, opposite party no.4 i.e. District Agriculture Officer, Unnao is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated

07.08.2023 within a period of six weeks keeping in view the fact as to whether the same has already been verified and sanctioned by the competent authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the same, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a further period of six weeks after affording opportunity of hearing to all heirs of Late Zafar Husain Jafri.
