Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that this petition has been filed by the petitioner no.4 Vinay Kumar alongwith with his affidavit, who is the appellant(Vinay Kumar) in Appeal No.0016 under Section 6(A) U.P. Panchayat Raj (Kutumb Ragistero ka Anurakshan) Niymawali(Ram Surat versus Manoj Kumar), adding @ Mithilesh Kumar and with the I.D. of Mithilesh Kumar, which cannot be done at this stage, that too without any proof. Sri Anjani Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh in the correct name with the correct I.D.
