Chief Secy., State Tax Deptt., Lucknow And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Yogendra Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Abdul Moin,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nitin Mathur, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for deletion of respondent no. 1 from the arrays of parties. The aforesaid prayer is allowed. Let respondent no. 1 be deleted from the array of parties. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that elections had taken place in the society and the minutes of the meetings have been sent to the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Ayodhya Region, Ayodhya on 07.10.2023 and also for recognition of the petitioner society yet no final order has been passed in this regard till date. Considering that the matter is pending at the end of respondent no. 3, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Ayodhya Region, Ayodhya to decide the matter of the petitioner in accordance with law and the relevant rules after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
