Real Vaishnavi Paradise Infra Project Pvt. Ltd. and others alongwith an application for interim injunction (6-C). The notices were issued on the application No.6-C filed by the petitioner on

05.08.2023 and the respondent no.1, who is also defendant no.1 in the Suit is the main contenting respondent and he has put in appearance, but the application for interim injunction has not been disposed of till date. Therefore he makes an innocuous prayer for disposal of the application for interim injunction expeditiously. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to respondents is dispensed with. Without entering into merit of the case the petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned court to consider and dispose of the interim injunction application (6-C) filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the parties without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. . .......................................(Rajnish Kumar,J.)
