Petitioner has approached this Court with the following main relief:- "A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 2 to 4 to register the case of the petitioners filed on 07.07.2020 (Aqbal Ahmad and others Vs. Rasheed Ahmad and others) and allot the case number and proceed in the matter as expeditiously as per the provision of Section 24 (3) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in the interest of justice. " Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions states that the case has already been registered as T202108100201082 before Sub Divisional Officer, Tulsipur, District Balrampur. The report of R.I. has also come. The said statement is taken on record. Writ petition is consigned to record. S.D.M. concerned is expected to dispose of the case within a period of 90 days from today on the basis of proper survey report.
