Admittedly after the contractual service of the petitioner was terminated vide the order dated 29.03.2022, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the petition, an arbitration award has been passed on 11.08.2023, a copy of order is annexure 5 to the petition. Considering the aforesaid it is always open for the petitioner to challenge the arbitration award before competent court in appropriate proceedings. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the arbitration award before appropriate court in appropriate proceedings. Order Date :- 16.12.2023 J.K.
