¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1, Sri Brijendra Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

¶2With the consent of learned counsels for the parties, the writ petition is being decided finally.

¶3The petitioner claims that while holding the post of Seasonal Lipik, which is a Class-III post, he retired from service on

31.08.2023 but entire post retiral dues of the petitioner have still not been paid. The petitioner has repeatedly requested to the respondents to ensure payment of entire retiral dues but no payment has been made till date.

¶4Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the payment shall be made within a very short span of time.

¶5In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to release the entire retiral dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
