Shri Saurabh Kumar Singh, learned Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Opposite Party No.9, and Sri Mayank Sinha, learned Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Electricity Department, which are taken on record Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 26.11.2023 whereby the electricity connection of the petitioner has been disconnected. Learned counsel for the Electricity Distribution Division states that the indemnity bond provided is improper and is not as per rules. He states that as soon as the petitioner provides the proper indemnity bond, the electricity department shall restore the electricity connection. The statement is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Electricity Department. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is consigned to record. Re-connection / restoration of electricity connection shall not create any right of the petitioner with regard to title of the petitioner. .
