Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a mandamus to opposite parties stating that a concrete road is being constructed by Gram Sabha concerned on petitioner's property situated at Gata no.367A, Village-Muskabad, MajreHalim Nagar, Tehsil and Pargana-Rudauli, District-Ayodhya. Learned Standing Counsel upon instructions received states that at present construction of road has been stopped and the same would take place only after the land of Gram Sabha is demarcated. The statement is taken on record. In view of the above, the petition is consigned to record. It is also directed that the petitioner would also be associated at the time of demarcation.
