¶1Learned counsel for Development Authority raises a preliminary objection that petitioner, though is the holder of unregistered power of attorney claims that his name should be altered in the record of L.D.A. and the property should be treated to be that of the petitioner. He states that the same amounts to fraud.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition.
