¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he is a block member and raising certain complaints against respondent no.5.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel states that in case petitioner moves an application as per procedure provided under Rule-3 of U.P. Kshetra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat (Removal of Pramukhs, Chairman and Vice Chairman) Enquiry Rules, 1997 before the State Government, the State Government shall duly look into the matter and pass appropriate order on the same.

¶4In view thereof, petitioner is permitted to move appropriate application to respondent no.1 Principal Secretary, Rural Development, Civil Secretariat, U.P. Lucknow. In case such an application is filed by petitioner before respondent no.1, he shall consider and take appropriate action on the same, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
