19.02.2020 passed by the Executive Engineer, Electricity (Urban), Lucknow whereby a notice was issued to the petitioner with regard to theft of the electricity as well as the order dated

15.03.2021 whereby final assessment order is passed raising demand on the ground of theft. Learned counsel for the respondents/Corporation states that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act and there is also an O.T.S. scheme available to the petitioner in which matter can be settled. The said scheme was available till 15.12.2023, however, on instructions, she states that the said O.T.S. scheme is still continuing. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned as per the available aforesaid alternative remedies. (Manish Kumar, J.)
